This refreshing cocktail combines the bright floral honey tones of camomile tea with the hints of Dorset gorse flowers in Conker Spirit’s Dorset Dry Gin.
- 50ml dry gin
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 25ml Italian aperitif wine
- 20ml honey
- 150ml ice cold camomile tea
1. Make your camomile tea using boiling water and leave to ice cool in the fridge – this cocktail is premeditated!
2. Put the gin, aperitif wine, honey and lemon juice in a highball glass or similar and mix well. Half-fill with ice, then top up with the ice cold camomile tea. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
