Recipe by Tarquin’s Gin
- 25ml Tarquin’s Cornish Gin
- 25ml Lillet Blanc (or substitute for any dry vermouth to your taste)
- 25ml Cointreau
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- a bar spooon of Cornish pastis
- lemon twist, to garnish
- ice cubes, to serve
- Add all of your wet ingredients to an iced cocktail shaker. Shake hard for 30 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.
