SERVES 2
1 gala apple, core removed and sliced
Olive oil
2 tsp honey
4 slices rye bread
4 slices Parma ham
40g watercress
- Toss the apple slices in a little olive oil and honey. Heat a griddle pan until smoking hot and griddle the apples until strong lines appear on both sides
- Lightly toast the rye bread and top each slice with griddled apples, Parma ham and watercress. Drizzle with a little olive oil to serve
