• 15 ML SUGAR SYRUP
• 5 LARGE BLACKBERRIES
METHOD
• ADD 6 BLACKBERRIES AND SUGAR SYRUP TO SHAKER & MUDDLE
• ADD GIN AND LEMON JUICE & FILL WITH ICE
• SHAKE OVER ICE
• FILL ROCKS GLASS WITH ICE AND SINGLE STRAIN
• FLOAT CASSIS ON TOP
