If you’re shopping at the fishmonger, don’t be afraid to ask where the fish came from! They will be able to tell you about the origins and catching methods of the fish they sell.
MIX IT UP
Some species can be put under more strain than others because we buy them more often. By eating a more varied range of species we can be more sustainable. (See page 29 in the magazine for some ideas.)
